For each miRNA, we provide all predicted targets as tab-separated files for download. The files contain one line per gene with the following columns: CG-ID, gene name, Flybase-ID, GO-terms, validated (Real) or predicted (PRED) UTR, score of best site, total score of all sites, number of sites.

You can also download all predictions in one large file here. The file contains one line per predicted miRNA/gene pair with the following columns: miRNA, CG-ID, gene name, Flybase-ID, validated (Real) or predicted (PRED) UTR, score of best site, total score of all sites, number of sites.
